Hey there, let me introduce you to ATracker – a time-tracking software that allows users to monitor and record their activities throughout the day. One thing that impressed me is its easy set-up and how user-friendly the interface is. It’s also great that you can access it on multiple devices, including mobile, tablet, and computer, making it convenient to use. And if you’re an iOS user, you’ll appreciate the widget and watch feature that lets you track time even more efficiently.

What I love about ATracker is how it helps you make data-driven decisions, prioritize tasks, and measure progress. The goal-setting feature and calendar view of task entries is really helpful for staying organized. Plus, you can customize the app’s appearance to your liking and share reports with ease via email and social networks.

But let’s get into the meat of things. While ATracker offers impressive features, it does have its fair share of downsides. The app, while useful for time tracking, has some issues and a tendency to crash unexpectedly, leaving users frustrated and inconvenienced. Additionally, syncing between different devices can be a headache, which makes tracking time more complicated than it needs to be.

Pricing Plans

ATracker has three different pricing plans. However, the pricing plans for ATracker Pro on iOS and Android are different.

Free: Free to use with restrictions.

ATracker Pro(iOS): For US$4.99, users can get ATracker Pro on their iOS devices, which includes the following features: unlimited tasks, data export, skin support, advanced settings, note on task entry, no ads, widget, apple watch support, and multiple iOS device sync via Dropbox.

ATracker Pro(Android): For $2.99, users can get ATracker Pro on their android devices, which includes the following features: unlimited tasks, data export, skin support, advanced settings, note-on task entry, and no ads.

Premium: For $2.99 a month, users can access ATracker via the web on PC/Mac, data sync with ATracker on iOS/Android/Web, have the unlimited advanced tag (numeric/drop-down), have unlimited active goals, easier entry of data, and easier exporting of data. However, to ensure smoothness, the user must have upgraded ATracker on an Android/iOS device. The subscription will be managed on the respective device.

Standout Features of ATracker

1. Time Tracking on multiple devices

The time tracking feature of ATracker is straightforward to use. A single press on the app’s user-friendly interface enables users to start and stop the timer. Reminders can be set for clocking in and out, and tasks can be viewed in a list or calendar format.

ATracker users can track time from any device, including mobiles, tablets, and computers. Multi-device accessibility ensures that users can access their time tracking data regardless of their location or device, which is particularly useful for those constantly on the go or working remotely. Moreover, ATracker has a widget and watch feature for iOS users that allows them to start and stop a task without unlocking their iPhone or iPad.

2. Reporting

ATracker’s reporting feature allows users to create detailed reports of their time spent on tasks in various formats, such as pie charts, bar charts, and goal progress. This feature enables a better understanding of how employees spend their time and make data-driven decisions about their work activities. Reports can be shared via email or social networks and categorized by task, project, or client, among other options. This breakdown can then be used to assess granular time spent on one or a multitude of tasks.

3. Goal Setting

ATracker’s goal-setting feature allows users to set daily and weekly goals based on tasks and tags, including numeric and drop-down tags. Users can become more precise in their goal-setting and ensure they are working on the right things at the right time. Specific numerical targets can be set for tasks and activities, such as the number of hours they want to spend on a particular project or the number of items they want to complete. This feature also enables setting goals based on tags, such as setting a goal to achieve a certain number of tasks tagged as “high priority.”

On top of that, the goal progress feature allows users to measure their progress toward achieving their goals, significantly increasing productivity and efficiency.

4. Calendar and List View

The calendar view provides an overview of the user’s daily time spending, while the list view shows all the task entries in a detailed manner. Both can be used to easily keep track of tasks and see how time is spent, which is particularly useful for users with multiple projects or tasks. The ability to compare iCal planned activity with actual time used is also a great feature that helps users ensure they are on track and meeting deadlines.

5. Accessibility and Customization

ATracker users can customize the app’s appearance by choosing from various backgrounds, styles, and icon options. It lets users personalize the app to their liking and make it more user-friendly. The hundreds of icons to choose from allow users to find the perfect icon that represents their task and make it easy to identify. It can be motivating for some users as their tasks are color differentiated.

Final Thoughts

ATracker helps businesses manage their daily tasks and track how much time they spend on each activity.

Setting up the software is a breeze, and it has a user-friendly interface that lets users start and stop tasks with a single tap. Plus, it’s available on various platforms like smartphones, tablets, and PCs, so teams can easily keep track of their time no matter where they are.

One of the things I love about ATracker is its affordable price of just US$2.99/user/month. It’s an absolute steal for all the features it offers, including a widget and watch function for iOS users, goal-setting, reporting, calendar, and list views of task entries.

On the other hand, I do notice a few quirks that make me pause. For one, the Android app does not work as well as the iOS app and frequently crashes. Also, there are syncing issues for app users, which can be a bit of a bummer if you need to export large amounts of data efficiently.

But all in all, ATracker is a good time-tracking software that gets the job done. And at its affordable price point, it’s worth considering, especially if you’re just starting with time-tracking software.
